Check out this fantastic large Pensacola Beach Home! This house is new to Gulf Coast Getaway's excellent choices of large Beach Homes and this house fits the bill. It is a 3 story home (bottom level garage) with 6 very large bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. The house is equipped with an elevator which will get you to every floor as well as garage parking on both sides of the house, and a very large driveway for plenty of parking space.
Palm Palace is a renovated house, with very nice upgrades in both decor and furnishings. Check out the pictures and you will see the upgraded appliances, a huge chef's designer kitchen, and a very large great room. The layout works well for the large multi family group - Bedroom 1 is on the main level with a King and twin bed, it has an on-suite bathroom with stand up separate shower and large tub.
Upstairs there are 5 more bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The stairs open up to a loft area with 2 twin bunk beds for extra sleeping, and then straight into Bedroom 2 which has 6 twin bunk beds in a large bedroom (loft area bedroom), supporting these 2 sleeping areas is the hallway bathroom with shower and bathtub. Upstairs on the East side of the house you have Bedrooms 3 and 4, both with king beds and both have their own bathrooms with shower/tub combinations. On the West side of the house are bedrooms 5 and 6, Bedroom 5 has 2 queens and Bedroom 6 has a King Bed and twin bed - these bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
The outdoor space is awesome! You have a very nice sized pool with new liner surrounded by some nice Polywood furniture. Currently there are 2 propane grills with propane provided, outdoor shower, and nice maintained fenced in grass landscaping.
The location of this house is excellent with access to the bay/sound about 100 feet away and access to the main Gulf of Mexico beach about a 3 minute walk. There is a walkway right next to the house, once you cross Via De Luna it is a straight shot to the beach. We have provided a wagon and some starter beach equipment, 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas in the garage space for guest use.

Pet Friendly Properties
PETS:Some of our properties are pet friendly. Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. ** Pet friendly with approval - non shedding dogs only pet fee / per pet does apply ** Limit 1-2 Pets depending on property - must be friendly non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees.If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment.
The Santa Rosa and Escambia Island Authorities do not allow pets on the beach. Dogs allowed on specific dog beach designated areas: Dogs are welcome at the designated dog beaches on Pensacola Beach. Located at parking lots 21.5 and 28.5 only. All other public beach areas and parks on Pensacola Beach are off limits to dogs. Dog Beach 21.5 is located on the west side of the island on Fort Pickens Rd., in the first parking lot past the last set of condos on the Gulf. Dog Beach 28.5 is located on the east side of the island on Via de Luna, in the first parking lot past Portofino Towers.
Signs are posted to designate the dog beach areas. Both dog beaches are open to dogs only. Dogs must be on leash at all times at the dog beach. This is required. Per Florida law, a current rabies tag must be on the dog. Owners must pick up and properly dispose of their dogs waste. Doggie bags and disposable bins are available at both locations. But just to be safe bring your own. Remember, like you, dogs need fresh water and protection from the elements too. Pack a bag with a water bowl and water for them, if you plan on staying awhile. Dog Beach Hours are sunrise to sunset daily, except during turtle season (May 1 October 31) when open 7 a.m. to sunset daily.
