Gulf Coast Getaways would like to welcome Tranquility at 1206 Via De Luna to our great portfolio of large Pensacola Beach homes. This house provides great value for the multi-family vacation. This house has a great layout, plenty of sleeping, elevator, large decks, plenty of parking, a private pool, and a walkway from the pool right to the beach!
The main level of the house boasts an open floor plan with great room, open kitchen, and dining area as well as 5 bedrooms. On the front side of the main level we have 2 queen bedrooms on either side of the great room, but with on suite bathrooms. On the southeast side of the house is a Master bedroom with King bed and on suite bathroom. On the west wing of the main level are 2 bedrooms, one is a bunk bedroom with 2 Full beds, a trundle twin bed, and a sleeper sofa - follow the hallway down to the shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo and then you have the 5th bedroom with a King bed. In the east wing is the elevator, the elevator will take you up to the third level where the layout is bedroom with Queen bunk bed, w/trundle pull out twin, and down the hallway to the full bathroom, and then to the last bedroom with King bed.
The outside area is very well done! Nicely landscaped front yard and fenced in back yard with multiple decks off of the house. At ground level is your private pool, very nice size at 12 by 26, with various pool furniture surrounding the pool area. In the pool area is a gate which opens to the pathway straight from the house to the beach, about 100 yards away with no major road to cross - super convenient. Downstairs in the garage we are adding some fun amenities - a ping pong table and corn hole, as well as 2 wagons with 12 beach chairs and 6 umbrellas.
Pool Heating option $50 per day
>>>Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable $200.00 pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. ** >>>Tranquility is Pet friendly with approval - non shedding dogs only $200 pet fee / per pet does apply ** Limit 2 Pets - must be friendly non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment.

This was our family's second time at this property and we'll likely return again. The house is roomy with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Also great are the two large tables to use for meals with plenty of chairs. The outside yard is beautiful, well-maintained, and nicely shaded in the hot afternoons. The swimming pool is in great shape and also shaded in the afternoon. We were especially happy that the property allows a pet to come now, as the backyard offers a great space for pets as well.

PETS:Some of our properties are pet friendly. Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. ** Pet friendly with approval - non shedding dogs only pet fee / per pet does apply ** Limit 1-2 Pets depending on property - must be friendly non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees.If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment.
The Santa Rosa and Escambia Island Authorities do not allow pets on the beach. Dogs allowed on specific dog beach designated areas: Dogs are welcome at the designated dog beaches on Pensacola Beach. Located at parking lots 21.5 and 28.5 only. All other public beach areas and parks on Pensacola Beach are off limits to dogs. Dog Beach 21.5 is located on the west side of the island on Fort Pickens Rd., in the first parking lot past the last set of condos on the Gulf. Dog Beach 28.5 is located on the east side of the island on Via de Luna, in the first parking lot past Portofino Towers.
Signs are posted to designate the dog beach areas. Both dog beaches are open to dogs only. Dogs must be on leash at all times at the dog beach. This is required. Per Florida law, a current rabies tag must be on the dog. Owners must pick up and properly dispose of their dogs waste. Doggie bags and disposable bins are available at both locations. But just to be safe bring your own. Remember, like you, dogs need fresh water and protection from the elements too. Pack a bag with a water bowl and water for them, if you plan on staying awhile. Dog Beach Hours are sunrise to sunset daily, except during turtle season (May 1 October 31) when open 7 a.m. to sunset daily.
