The second level has a small sitting area with wet bar and 4 additional bedrooms - from West to East - King bedroom, Queen and Twin BR, Queen BR, and King bedroom.  The third level has a beautiful pool table room with queen sleeper sofa and the 6th bedroom with 4 built in twin bunk beds.  
There is also a roll away twin provided so the house can sleep 18 with plenty of room to spar!

This house was built to take advantage of the views provided on Ariola which is the beach front street on Pensacola Beach.  This house sits on the North side of Ariola, with a dedicated beach access point literally steps across the street/driveway.  Additionally, this beach easement provides nice space between the homes on the beach side and the house was constructed to take advantage of that space for great beach views.
