The Sunshine House

This family- and kid-friendly beach home is a fantastic choice for your next vacation! It features a beautiful pool with a spacious lounging area. The charm and character of this home are rarely found on Pensacola Beach. So much thought was put into the details that you would never guess it wasn't a newly built custom home.

The location of The Sunshine House is ideal. The home boasts spectacular views of the Gulf and is just a short walk to the beach. On the right side of the house, a private path leads directly to the shoreline. The gorgeous pool area beneath the house allows guests to spend the day at the beach or relax in the backyard by the pool. The shaded space is perfect for staying cool while watching the kids swim, and a convenient poolside bathroom with a shower means no need to climb the stairs for a restroom break. A gas grill is also available for outdoor cooking.

The covered space on the lower level is highly sought after for weddings and group events. White string lights add a romantic ambiance for evening nuptials or special celebrations. (All special events must be booked and authorized through management; an event fee applies.)

The first level features an open, spacious living room—perfect for large groups to gather. A large sectional sofa provides ample seating, as well as additional sleeping space for two with a hide-a-bed. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating for eight more at the bar and adjacent deck.
The kitchen is a showstopper, featuring custom cabinets, classic granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. It comes fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals and entertaining. This beautiful kitchen also includes a freestanding ice maker and a convenient trash chute. A full-size laundry room is located just off the kitchen.
First-Floor Sleeping Arrangements
* Master Bedroom: Four-poster king bed, large flat-screen TV, private deck, walk-in closet, and a stunning en-suite bathroom with a freestanding tub and walk-in shower.
* Bedroom 2: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bathroom.
* Bedroom 3: Queen bed, connecting to a shared bathroom with the living area.
* Bonus Sleeping Area: A small sleeping nook off the kitchen with a twin bed—perfect for a child or a single traveler.
The large shaded deck off the kitchen is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. With comfortable seating and a dining table, this is the best spot to hear the surf and watch the waves roll in from the Gulf of Mexico.
Second-Floor Retreat with Breathtaking Views
The top floor of the house is exceptionally inviting and can sleep up to six guests. The views of the Gulf from this level are truly breathtaking!
* Bunk Area: Three twin beds, with two bunks featuring privacy curtains.
* Bedroom 4: One full bed and an additional twin bed. Both rooms have flat-screen TVs.
* Bathroom: A full-sized bath is located just off the bunk room.
* This floor is perfect for an entire family or can serve as a dedicated kid zone!
Event & Pet Policies
* All events (weddings, reunions, parties, etc.) must be authorized by Gulf Coast Getaways.
* Pet Policy: The Sunshine House is pet-friendly with approval (non-shedding dogs only). A $200 pet fee per pet applies. Limit of two pets. Pets must be friendly and non-aggressive. Additional cleaning fees will be charged for excessive pet-related messes. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 penalty per pet for extra cleanup and flea treatment.
