The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up delicious meals, while the dining area provides ample space for everyone to enjoy their meals together. You’ll also find an outdoor grill—perfect for those warm summer evenings when you want to cook up a BBQ feast.
Comfortable Bedrooms for the Whole Family
When it’s time to rest, The Salt House offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with plush bedding and plenty of closet space.
* The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom.
* The second bedroom offers a queen bed.
* The third bedroom is perfect for families, with two sets of bunk beds—two full beds and two twin beds—providing ample space for children or friends to sleep comfortably.
The Ultimate Beach Location and Outdoor Fun
But the true highlight of this rental is its amazing location—just a short walk to the beach. The beach path is right next to the house, giving you easy access to miles of pristine coastline, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or simply strolling along the soft white sand. For your convenience, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a wagon are provided, making it easy to spend a relaxing day by the ocean.
If you love exploring, you’ll be pleased to know that the house also comes with bikes and kayaks for your use. Hop on a bike to explore the nearby area, or paddle out on the kayaks to discover hidden coastal gems. Plus, the local restaurants are just a one-mile bike ride away, easily accessible via scenic bike paths.
The Crow’s Nest: Panoramic Views and Blue Angels Week
The crow’s nest, located at the top of the house, offers spectacular panoramic views of the ocean and coastline. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, enjoy a sunset cocktail, or watch the Blue Angels soar during their annual air show. If you’re visiting during Blue Angels week, you’ll have a prime viewing spot either from the beaches right in front of the house or from the bird’s nest itself.
Please note, access to the living spaces requires a flight of stairs, and the crow’s nest is an additional flight up, with steep stairs leading to this unique lookout.
Pet-Friendly with Approval
The Salt House is pet-friendly with approval, allowing non-shedding dogs only. A $150 pet fee per pet applies, with a limit of 2 pets. Pets must be friendly and non-aggressive, and any pet that causes excessive cleaning needs will incur additional cleaning fees. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 penalty per pet for extra cleaning and flea treatment.
