The first level features an indoor sitting area with access to the back of the house. We’ve also added 4 twin bunk beds on this floor, providing additional sleeping space for larger groups.

The second level has the kitchen in the center, with the dining room and sitting area on the Gulf side, and a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sound. On the third floor, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and stunning sound views. The master bedroom, also on this floor, has a king bed and its own private bathroom.

This townhouse is the perfect beach destination for those looking to fully embrace the beach experience. There are community boat slips available, so feel free to bring your boat right to the backyard!
The Gulf of America is just steps from the front of the townhouse, with easy access to a low-density beach. Little Sabine, located just outside the back door, is ideal for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and boating. Come explore this unique gem and experience the best that Pensacola Beach has to offer!
