This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath gulf-front condo was recently redecorated with new tile flooring, interior paint, bedding, and décor to reflect the laid-back, cool island feel of Navarre Beach. The spacious layout of this unit is perfect for groups of up to 9 people.

Please check out the photos! The balcony, overlooking the pool and the Gulf of America, will be a favorite spot for relaxing throughout your stay. The large living/dining area makes it easy for everyone to gather for meals, games, conversation or to comfortably watch the large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you will need for your stay.
Along with the living areas, there are 3 large bedrooms. The master is simply gorgeous and offers balcony access as well as floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf of America and a private bath. The lovely second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds and an attached bathroom; the 3rd bedroom is complete with 3 twin beds. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.
The Caribbean Resort is a great complex with a large pool and hot tub.
♦ Uncrowded 18 story building with only three condos on each floor.
♦ To the west of Caribbean Resort is a large unoccupied open space, which allows unrestricted views and lots of room to spread out for a day in the sand!
♦The resort recently added an updated beach walkover and ramp, which is accessible by wheelchair, stroller, and wagon.
♦ Caribbean Resort Pool is heated seasonally from March thru October
→ Beach front swimming pool and two hot tubs.
→ Spacious deck for sunbathing, and a covered lanai off the pool deck.
→ Charcoal grilling area for vacation barbecues.

Sweet Vacay!

Perfect place for our trip!

302 convenient to elevator and beautiful view of beach?
Stay very nice because of the amount of beds (6)! Only thing lacking was that patio did not have enough of comfortable chairs, since we spend a lot of time out there! Also one of dining chairs was wobbly and maybe on verge of breaking!- Posted: 10/20/2023
