This is an amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bath, walk-out to the gulf town home! The layout is perfect for large families or groups due to the amount of room inside and the deck and patio space outside. It has so much space that your friends and family can enjoy their vacation without ever feeling cramped together!
The inside of the unit features carpet, ceramic tile, crown molding, a chef's kitchen with granite counters and a stainless-steel appliance package, wireless internet, and 4 Flat screen TVs. The main living area is an open concept with the kitchen, dining space, and living room all being combined. This makes it easy to congregate together.
The master bedroom is very large with a king bed and plenty of space for a blow-up mattress for extra kids. The master bathroom features his and her sinks, a tub, and a large, tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, a huge flatscreen, two closets, and an entrance to the main bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has queen and twin beds, two closets, a large flat screen, and an attached full bathroom. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper sofa.
It has a balcony right off the main living room, a balcony off the master bedroom, and a patio down below. It also has a private garage that opens from the parking lot and opens to face the gulf. This makes it easy to come off the beach and toss all the sandy toys and chairs right into the garage.
Owners of this unit have provided Beach chairs and Umbrellas for guests to use on Navarre Beach!
This unit has also been recently redone! It has new paint, new carpet, new living room furniture, and new bedding! The decor has a "beach feel" which provides an atmosphere of relaxation that is perfect for your vacation!

If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra cleanup and flea treatment.

Loved it
Had a great stay, place was beautiful and in a great location away from everything, but close enough to travel to both beaches and cities on either side. Peaceful clean and a fully stocked kitchen. Enough room for all of us and enough bathrooms no one had to fight to get in there. Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful!
This is our second time staying at this condo and we loved it even more than the first time. The master views and beautiful updated bathroom were amazing. The soaker tub was my absolute favorite. You can leave the balcony door open and hear the ocean waves as you take a bath or sleep. Great nearby shopping. If you are looking for a big restaurant selection, you may need to travel to Navarre or somewhere near by. Not a ton of restaurants I liked right by us in Navarre but very close. Beautiful View with a Comfy Feel

Convenient vacation home
Beach baby is a nicely appointed, spacious vacation home located directly on the beach. Navarre beach is one of the most pristine beaches on the Panhandle, and this home is located right in the middle of the action. The two car garage was one of my husband's favorite amenities, while I thoroughly enjoyed the private balcony in the master bedroom. This is our sixth trip to Navarre beach and we've stayed at several of the condo buildings (which are all nice) but the convenience of not having to wait for the elevator, or share the pool with a ton of people sold us on this property.- Posted: 8/10/2018
