This is an amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bath, walk-out to the gulf town home! Completed full renovation. The layout is perfect for large families or groups due to the amount of room inside and the impressive amount of outdoor space including a deck, patio, and balcony. It has so much space that your friends and family can enjoy their vacation without ever feeling cramped together!
The inside of the unit features carpet, ceramic tile, crown molding, a chef's kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliance package, wireless internet, and 4 Flat screen TVs. The main living area is an open concept with the kitchen, dining space, and living room all being combined. This makes it easy to congregate together. The main living room has a lovely balcony, the sofa is a queen sleeper as well.
The master bedroom is very large, has a balcony, king bed, and plenty of space for a blow-up mattress for extra kids. The master bathroom features his and her sinks, a tub, and a large, tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, a huge flatscreen, two closets, and its own entrance to the main bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has queen and twin beds, two closets, a large flat screen, and its own full bathroom.
This Town Home has its own private garage that opens up from the parking lot and also opens to face the gulf. This makes it easy to come off the beach and toss all of the sandy toys and chairs right into the garage. The owners of this unit have some beach supplies like beach chairs and a kayak stored in the garage that guests can use during their stay.
This unit has also been recently redone! It has new paint, new flooring, new living room furniture, and new bedding! The decor has a "beach feel" which provides an atmosphere of relaxation that is perfect for your vacation!
This townhome is located in the complex at Beach View which is one of the few townhomes on Navarre Beach to have a POOL and Tennis Courts! Nice area, a low-density complex that is about a 1/2 mile down from the main area of Navarre Beach, away from the high-rise condos.
'Bikini Bottom' is Pet friendly with approval - non-shedding dogs only $200 pet fee / per pet does apply * Limit 2 Pets - must be friendly and non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra cleanup and flea treatment.

Great place

Great location, nice place! Everything was as expected. Sand toys, baby pool, chairs in garage. Outside shower, but don’t think it had hot water. Balcony stairs leads to walkway to the beach. It would be nice if there was a gate at the top of the stairs but only necessary if you have small kids. The only real complaint we had was that the sliding door to the balcony was REALLY hard to open and close. We could only open it just enough to fit through. At least little kids won’t be able to get out by their self. The community pool was nice and not crowded when we were there. It is really deep even the shallow end was 4ft. There is no bathroom at the pool. The beach was so nice and not very crowded at all. Soft sand, and water was pretty clear. Bigger waves than expected but we didn’t mind.- Posted: 6/28/2024

True gem
Loved the condo. Should mention stairs in unit (for older people) in description. They are intense. One microwave not wiped out, and coffee machine not emptied. Otherwise unit was quite clean. A lightweight cotton throw for sofas and/or for bedroom would be a good idea. A bit nippy at times.- Posted: 3/5/2024

Great Home, Great Location
We decided to take a last minute Christmas Vacation and this townhouse worked out great! Beautiful views of the Gulf, great floorplan and plenty of space. The ease to walk to the beach was amazing, as you are only a few feet away. We saw dolphins every day, the beach was clean and gorgeous and the location was perfect. Stress free

Great place!
This townhouse was perfect for our vacation. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. ( 4 adults, two 12 year Olds, and a 8 year old) The views are breathtaking! We loved having the garage to drop our beach chairs and things before heading inside. The ONLY complaint I have is that there is no pantry or cabinet space to put food. We had to leave everything sitting on the counters. Not that big of a deal for a weeks stay, but worth mentioning. Wonderful Vacation!

Great ocean front condo
We really loved our week here. The condo was clean and spacious. More importantly it was right on the beach which is what we were looking for. We spent every day on the beach which was our plan all along. The beach is clean and well taken care of and the water was very clear too. Great view for watching the dolphins
This was the first time for staying on Navarre beach. Loved the quietness compared to The more crowded beaches. Loved the three bathrooms and bedrooms for privacy and the one bedroom on the 1st floor was nice for my mother. The stairs are quite steep and the only thing missing was a place to put groceries besides the refrigerator. It rained a lot so we spent more time than we would have liked inside. Fantastic Beach View
Perfect place for our group of 6 older adults to hang out a visit cousins in the area. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect for us. Everything you need on the kitchen although only cooked breakfast. We love Navarre and the entire area. Great communication with property managers!- Posted: 3/28/2021
